Second Nurture began because I found that great maternity clothes were difficult to find in SL. With the exception of a few items, the fashions found here are regular clothes that have been tested and work well with the pregnant avie shape and all with little or no adjusting.

Dollarbie at [AV]
I found this basic babydoll dress while checking out the Singing in the Rain Hunt at [AV]. I haven't tried this one on but you may want to give it a try since it's a dollarbie.
