Long belly covering tops are hard to find.  This is actually a short dress by Sn@tch.  Even the little prim attachment works so well at the hem and my tummy slider is at 80. Works well with a shirt underneath.  Available in a fatpack of 4 colors.

To get this look slightly stretch the prim skirt from the bottom and then raise it higher on the body.

Tummy slider in pic at 56 but you can stretch the skirt even more to accommodate your needs.

Nadia by *BD*

The Nadia Dress is shown as a maternity top with pants in the first photo. The pants shown are from Crissy's Designs.  The skirt is sculpt but if you raise it to just under the bust you should be able to get the tummy slider to 60 without stretching the skirt a bit.  

The second photo shows the dress as it was meant to be worn.

Delicate from Bubblefish

The first photo shows the Delicate shorts outfit adjusted as maternity wear.  To get this look you'll need stretch the prim skirt and raise it just a bit.  The bow as seen in the second photo will not show when worn that way but the outfit still looks adorable.  Tummy slider at 50.  Also comes in pink.

My tummy slider is at 50 om the top photo and can be worn with or without the lace prim hem.
